We are proud to provide scholarships to Grade 12 students and grants to our returning Summer Students. We place a high premium on your financial literacy and are actively involved with local schools in providing learning programs to students.  Contact Us if we can assist you. The Ready Set Succeed program is geared towards grade 12 students and is one of the highlights on our calendar.

Ready to Apply?

Biggar and District Credit Union offers up to four $1,000 post-secondary scholarships annually to students graduating from Grade 12 and entering a university or community college or similarly recognized post-secondary institution. One scholarship for each of Landis and Perdue branches, and two scholarships for Biggar branch may be awarded.
If you are eligible to apply, download the Criteria & Application Form above, complete and return before the deadline. 

Eligibility:
  • Applicant must be a member of Biggar & District Credit Union
  • Applicant must attend Grade 12 in either Biggar, Perdue, or Wilkie.

2024 Scholarships

We are passionate about supporting our members on their education journey. We provide up to four $1,000 scholarships annually to grade 12 graduates in our communities. Congratulations and good luck with your studies!

Perdue Branch Recipient

Hilary May received a $1,000 scholarship. She is a student at Perdue School. 

Biggar Branch Recipients

Annika Hadden received a $1,000 scholarship to support her post-secondary education. She is a student at Biggar Central School 2000.

Biggar Branch Recipient

Isabella Baroni received a $1,000 scholarship to support her post-secondary education. She is a student at Biggar Central School 2000.

Landis Branch Recipient

Reece Harris received a $1,000 scholarship. He is a student at Wilkie Mclurg High School
