What does a director do?
The Board of Directors have monthly meetings where they provide guidance to the leadership team through the sharing of their experience, skill and perspective. They are actively involved in determining the direction the credit union takes and makes sure that there is a solid plan in place to get there. They are not involved in day-to-day operations, but keep a close eye on operations to ensure that the rules are followed at all times.
