Ever misplaced your debit card?

Take control of when and where your Biggar & District Credit Union debit card is used with the Lock’N’Block®  fraud management tool  (instructions below)

Take control with Lock'N'Block®

With Lock’N’Block, you can “Lock” and “Unlock” your card on the Biggar & District Credit Union Mobile App or
Online Banking and set your card status to one of the following: 

  • Lock this debit card
  • Block ATM transactions
  • Block purchases and refunds
  • Block all international transactions

You’ll have peace of mind knowing your Biggar & District Credit Union debit card can’t be used until you locate it (at which time you can “Unlock” your card and start using it again) or contact us and report it lost or stolen. 


Using Lock'N'Block inside of Online Banking

Using Online Banking

  • Log into online banking

  • Click on Account Services

  • Choose Lock’N’Block®

  • Select the debit card you want to lock or block by clicking the Edit button next to it

  • Select the action you want to perform. You can choose to Lock the debit card,  Block ATM bransactions, Block purchases and refunds or Block international transactions.

  • Click Save Changes

Using the Mobile App

  • Log into Mobile App

  • Tap on Lock'N'Block® in the lower left corner of the first screen

  • Select the debit card in the "Select a debit card to review or update settings" list by tapping on it. 

  • Select the action you want to perform. You can choose to Lock this debit card,  Block ATM transactions, Block purchases and refunds or Block international transactions.

  • Click Save Changes
