Mobile App Login Trouble Shooting

Our app was recently updated to Version 15.

If you have recently had trouble logging into the mobile app please follow these steps.


NOTE: If your app automatically updated you may have to delete the app and re download it.


Once you have downloaded or re-downloaded your app please follow these steps below to login.

Your memorized account will likely have been lost in the update so you will be prompted to reset a memorized account.



You will then have to login - use your existing PAC (password), and login.
